Hello Dale and welcome to the Genesys Community,
This is a tough one as it could be a number of things, I would highly recommend your admin open a support case with the customer care team UI team. As they would need to dig into the console and network logs and do some investigation that we cannot do here in a public forum. Please provide Care with Console and Network logging, script ID, Data action being used and if possible screenshots.
Cheers,

Subject: Genesys to Confluence API Key Issues
Hello,
I'm attempting to embed a Confluence webpage into a script. The issue is that I cannot use a public link because the information is sensitive so I created a data action that calls to the API https://ninestar.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/content/461570049?expand=body.storage, this uses basic authentication and when I test it in Integrations/Actions it returns JSON just fine.
I then put the API into the Script and created a page load action that calls the data action API key. But in the embedded page it gives me a 403 error saying that I'm not authorized to view this page in confluence. I have double checked and permissions are not the issue, I can access the webpage in both Postman and the test part of the action in Integrations/Actions. I've beat my head against the wall on this one, any ideas from anyone in the community on where I could go next? I'm not sure if this is being blocked by CORS and if it is I don't know how to bypass it.
Thanks in advance for any ideas.
