    I noticed when working with Genesys Web Messaging, the interaction is persistent which is expected. For demonstration purposes, however, this is not ideal. What is the best way to engage with  Genesys Web Messaging to replicate a first interaction experience (so fresh)?

    I tried Google Incognitio and Firefox Private Browsing but the Genesys Web Messaging strangely continues where it left off from the last interaction.

    Are their JavaScript commands in the browser console that can be used to reset the session or is there a suggest way to do this?

    I can manually delete "Local Storage" in the browser session which appears to be one way to do it (local storage isn't "suppose" to carry over to an Incognito/Private browsing session - so not sure why I need to do that).

    One way to reset the interaction I've found is via the Web Console, when on the Web Messaging Page, enter: 

    localStorage.clear();
