I'd like some POV on a case that I'm building for my customer.
They use a competitor for WFM called Robbyson for WFM and gamification, in which my client can
"Transform the team experience:
-Engage your team by gamifying your indicators, offering rewards that can be redeemed in our online store.
-Keep them engaged with gamified challenges that encourage them to reach their goals.
-Reward your team's efforts with virtual coins that can be used in the Exchange Center."
Do we have anything like this "exchange center" where agents can use their awards points? I believe it should be something like our Bravo Points.
