    I have Genesys integrated with Whastapp,  any idea how to do this in  Genesys ? 

    is like a "form", where whatsapp request user information.

    Hi Santiago, this appears to be a WhatsApp Flows feature. As far as I know, yet, it's not natively supported within the Genesys Cloud CX WhatsApp integration and typically requires an external broker/integration.
