Hey all I'm looking for a way to get all the conversation IDs. I've seen the thread here: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum/t/get-all-conversations/814/2 but I can't find the end point mentioned.
Additionally I need calls before they hit a queue so we can identify calls abandoned in the IVR.
Thoughts anyone?

You need to use a conversation detail query. That's POST /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query
