It might be easier for you to setup a view with that information and then either use an API to get that view. The problem is that you won't get an average over the 10 minutes because the data lake does not have stats like that. You would have get the ASA for every conversation in that period and then calculate the average. What is it you are attempting. Perhaps there is another metric like EWT that could be used.
