    Hello, I need to get aggregate call volume data by agent to power bi report. Example of data 7/22/2019 agent A 50 calls (inbound, outbound and other type of media) agent B 60 calls (inbound, outbound and other type of media) 7/19/2019 agent A 30 calls (inbound, outbound and other type of media) agent B 40 calls (inbound, outbound and other type of media) etc what is the best way that I can this data from pure cloud to Power BI. If I can get the data to SQL server, that will be ok too. thanks in advance Kristy

    You could use a conversation aggregate query and group by userId, direction, and mediaType.
