Hello
I have a question regarding the information retrieved by the GET /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId} call.
The test case is like this:
- A customer calls
- Call routing transfers to "Inbound Flow 1"
- "Inbound Flow 1" transfers to "Inbound Flow 2"
- Disconnect
So, there are 3 participants in the call. 1 of type customer and 2 of type IVR:
My question is: The "name" attribute of the first IVR participant is just "Madrid/Spain", although in the second one is its FlowId. I was wondering why there is this difference. The first flow's Id can be found in the "divisions">"entities" section of the API response, but nowhere in the participant object itself.
Thank you!

The names of participants uses different logic depending on many factors. To troubleshoot why your data is the way it is, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Care. We cannot investigate customer-specific data on the public forum.

Oh ok. I just wanted to know if there were a generic reason for an IVR participant's name to be different depending on if it's the first participant (other than the customer) or not.
Thank you!
