    Hi,

    I would like to ask for assistance about how one would go about getting a total number of calls waiting in queue from a Genesys Cloud IVR Flow on Architect.

    Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

    You will need a data action for that and use the Queue ID:  /api/v2/analytics/queues/observations/query

    Here is an example for you
