    Hello,

    I am new to Genesys cloud environment. I am creating call flow.

    I have Inbound Call IVR. I declared some variable there example : Flow.SkillName.

    I want to retrieve that to my InQueue Call IVR.

    I could see , we are using Get Participant for this. But can I know how that Main IVR data is transferred to InQueue IVR. How its actually interlinked ?

    If possible , please provide the documentation.

    Hi,

    You can use Set Participant Data to declare data in a flow, which then be retrieved by Get Participant Data in another flow or Agent Script.

    If you want to get the skills for the call in a in-queue flow you could also use the Architect variable Call.ACDSkills to get the current skills for the call, since the data set in Participant Data doesn't have to mean the skills are actually used in the current call.
