Hello Community,

This is a recurring topic-many of us have asked about the possibility of fetching data from email headers.

As far as I know, this feature is still not supported.

I'd like to hear how you have handled this situation or how you've managed to work around this missing functionality.

Hopefully others in the community can provide their work arounds, but here is two ideas that people can vote for if they are interested in needing access to the email headers:
Expose Email Header data to Architect Flows and view email header when taking interaction

I'm aware of them, but unfortunately, I don't see any positive indications that this feature will be developed
