Good afternoon, forum:
When we use the Analytics Query Details API Endpoint to get the conversations related to an external contact id or external organization id in a segment filter, we get only the ACD interactions or all the interactions generated in Genesys Cloud. I am confused because of this reference: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/view-interaction-history-contact/

That documentation is from the resource center and is referring to a specific part of the Genesys Cloud web application; UI documentation does not imply how the API functions. In the API, Analytics conversation detail queries can return all conversations.
