  • 1.  Get Queue Details Data Action for Messenger

    Hello,

    I have a question about Messenger. 
    For chat v2, we use a data action to return the number of interaction waiting and interacting for a given queue.
    I am trying to do the same for messenger, but it is not working. When looking into it, it seems to be because in the messenger flow, when using a data action to get the queue details, the data action is configured for chats.
    What I am trying to do is to create the same action but for messenger.
    Looking at the screenshot below, we can see media type = chat.
    I replicated this action and changed it to message and messenger, but none of these worked. I also see in the Request URL Template, that it says v2 which might be related to the chat v2. 
    Would you be able to obtain information so that I can configure the data action properly for messenger by any chance?

    I suggest you test out this API with a queue that should have messenger flows in the queue

    Once you work out the analytics snag the data action should be easy to get corrected.
