    Hello,

    Can you help me to extract information bellow please :

    We want to developpe an Action for  extractting  "Schedule Group Name Route" from Conversion ID of a realtime inbound Call. have you an idea please ?

    Exemple :

    Input Parameter :
    ID Conversion : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    Output Parameter

    Schedule Group Name :  "Genesys Open"  or "Genesys Closed"   or "Genesys Holiday".

    I don't know of any way to get the information regarding which schedule caused a call to go to a particular flow. That information is not stored on the conversation, as far as I can tell.
