    Hi, I want to be able to dynamically push contacts to a queue (using an empty list) but I fail to see how many i need to push each to have enough for all the agents currently on queue. If the campaign is set to power or predictive dialing the number of lines used is changing all the time and I want to be aware of that.

    How can I understand how many contacts I need to push at any given time?

    It sounds like you want to use a Power campaign. See Dialing Modes for more information. General configuration questions should be posted to the PureCloud Community Forum.

    As I said I want to be able to work with all dialing modes. I'm trying to create an integration between my product and purecloud which needs to support all dialing modes.

    This isn't a configuration question. I'm looking for an API that can give me how many lines the queue is currently using/has/going to use in order to know how many contacts I need to push

    There's not anything that will directly give you the information you're looking for. You can try to use analytics queries to count conversations or telephony APIs to query some information about edges/trunks/lines
