Good day!, please help us by telling us the formula or calculation that Genesys performs to obtain the "type of disconnection" that it indicates in the interactions view, based on the response from the Analytics Conversations Job api.

It's just the disconnect type of the last segment to disconnect as far as I've looked.

Thanks for the reply. But in the API response we get the disconnectType field, which comes with several values, for example peer, client, endpoint. How do I interpret these values to determine whether the disconnection was by System, Agent or External? And which participant should I base my interpretation of those values on?
