Genesys Cloud - Main

Hello all-

I'm trying to pull the total talk times for a DNIS from prior to the DNIS report being live. I can get it on the interactions report, but of course it can't be exported to excel. 

Anyone have any ideas or know how to query for it? Sitting with a calculator and summing the times is annoying :)

We are currently working on the interactions export to CSV in development, but in the meantime, if you want to pull that data, you could do so via the API.
