I see that Capgemini has a Customer Care case open. This would be the correct route as they will need to investigate technically more so than we can do in a public forum.

I'm calling Kore AI in Genesys inbound message flow.
I have installed the Kore AI Bot connector and configured all the details in Genesys and Kore AI side.
In Genesys I have Create a new inbound message flow in that Added the bot connector using the call bot connector option and
- Selected the bot connector
- Select the bot from the available bots of this bot connector (its basically shows Kore AI Bot)
- Done the Messenger configurations
- Done Messenger Deployment
A script will be generated in the messenger deployment and pasted this script in online the html complier
but it's not working properly its going Failure mode
please help me with this why it's going in failure mode
