I'm trying to find a way to get the interaction ID of all incoming interactions. If I made the assumption that all will enter a queue, I can get notifications from the queue. But I need it even before that.
Is there a way to get notifications of interactions that just started? For example, a voice call, when the call gets to the inbound flow, or if the interaction ID is created before that, a notification from the trunk or edge. The idea is that I can subscribe notifications for that new interaction at the earliest, before it even gets to the queue.
Is this possible?

Not that I've found.
This preview notification may provide it eventually if you set a specific gating flow at the origin of all interactions to trigger the notification - v2.flows.instances.flow.{id}

I've seen that but not sure if it is available in this "PREVIEW" stage. When I test with it, I get nothing.

See the Preview API Policy for explanation there.
tldr; it won't work unless you turn it on

@alex7 You can sign up for open beta programs here: https://community.genesys.com/communities/genesys-cloud-beta-hq?CommunityKey=cbd2f140-168a-4c15-aacb-af2b23aa4329. If the feature you'd like to try out isn't listed there, you can open a case with Genesys Cloud Care to see if there's a closed beta you can join to grant access to the feature. I've created an issue to get the pages with preview information updated to include this information.
