'Tis the season of peak volumes for many contact centers! And we wanted to share a quick recommendation to ensure the optimal functioning of your contact center.
Take screen recording into consideration for potential bandwidth usage
If you're doing a high volume of screen recording, you may want to make a seasonal adjustment to your screen recording policies, and/or work with your ISP to increase available bandwidth.
You can configure your screen recording policies by going to the Admin menu and selecting "Recording Management" under "Quality". There you can manage the number of simultaneous screen recordings and set a maximum value.
