    We are an AppFoundry Premium App that does ticketing/CRM, where we screen-pop a customer profile or case detail page to the agent during an interaction. Everything works well, but we want to do a small hackathon to see if there is an even better approach.

    Is there a nice GitHub repo or Genesys Cloud guide that gives an example of a screen-pop using the latest APIs and best-pratices?
