  • 1.  Give Data table info to agent while doing a campaign outbound call

    Hello,

    I'm looking for a way to populate an outbound script with info from a data table based on a field part of the contact list of a campaign.

    Use case is quite easy : The company have a list of customers that they have to call. For each customer, on the contact list, we add a field for the ZIP.
    On a data table we create all ZIP and all info related to the company for this ZIP (address of the closest office, opening hours of this office, ...).

    I'm still looking for a way to implement it but I'm quite stuck. I don't see on campaign management how to send the call trough a specific flow, and how to manage this field on the contact list.

    May one of you help me ?
