    Hello PureCloud Community

    Please may I ask if it is possible to limit the access agents have to choose phones in the phone selector?

    Currently, Agents have the ability to choose other agents' phone, which would be preferred removed. Our customer would still like the agents to be able to change between Remote Phone/DID/Other phones however would like to limit them from choosing other agents phone.

    Your assistance will be greatly apprecaied. Thank you
