We are facing an ongoing issue with the Genesys integration. Our Glue job has been failing in production, preventing the user file from being processed in the database.
The root cause appears to be an issue with the "user" object. Initially, the "manager" column did not contain nested values, but now it includes a nested ID. Currently, the "manager" column is mapped to "manager_user_id," which is a foreign key referring to the "user" table. This change has caused the job to fail.
Additionally, we are encountering another failure with the "transcript" file due to invalid syntax, which is also disrupting the job execution.
Can someone advise if we need to make adjustments at Source end.
