    Hi all!! do you know if galician could be supported for speech recognition? 

    we would like to have an Architect flow with two supported languages:,

    1) es-es using Dialog Engine bot flow

    2) es-gl (galician) using Google DialogFlow CX addon 

    What we have configured on google side:


    we tried multiple times, changing different things, but the logs Genesys Care provide us are always the same:

    Hello David,

    Thank you for providing that case number. If I was reading some of the notes on the case, it's likely an issue on the Google side of things.

    Hello David, 

    Looking at the Google Dialog flow documentation it does look like Galician is supported. Sorry this took so long to respond I had to dig through Google documentation as they are the author of the integration. 

    At this point it looks like you have a case open with Customer Care, I would highly recommend opening a support case with Google as well.

    Hello David, 

    I actually found a work around.

    If you configure an agent in Spanish language in dialogflow and put any locution using the tag voice name + the voice in Galician in the dialogflow ssml output (Ex: <speak><voice name='gl-ES-Standard-A'>Esta é unha proba en galego, contesta</voice></speak>) it says it in Galician correctly, that is to say that the text-to-speech if the agent is Spanish and the voice is in Galician it works.
