Morning Shauna, Kind of sounds like you might need to open and re-publish the flows.
I'd check a couple of things to make sure it all configured correctly first.
- What is the default TTS engine configure
- If you create a new flow, does that flow have the correct TTS Engine listed in the "Supported Languages" Section of the Flow config?
- Publish the new Flow and test it
If those things are correct I would expect to hear the proper voice.

Hello
We use Google TTS for our IVR and Google updated the voices to new versions last week.
The voices that are in the examples, when deployed aren't the voice examples Google have shared. We have raised a ticket, but I was wondering if anyone else is having this too?
