Hi Matt,
Since it seems to go to Event Handling there's probably a variable that doesn't have a value that it tries to use in a Data Action or some other action.
I would have a Decision in the beginning to check if it has what's required to go down the altered flow, and otherwise send it down a copy of the default flow, or try to fix the reason it is currently breaking.

Thanks for your help! It has been altered. During our build it was modified to accommodate special handling for certain groups. It does work if I use an individual voicemail in the transfer, just not for the group I set up.

From the error message it sounds like something is going wrong in the voicemail flow.
If you check the Voicemail Flow in Architect do you still have the default version 1.0 flow or has someone altered it?

Hello, we are new to Genesys and looking for a solution to a small queue we are wanting to set up a group voice mail for. When I create the Group I want and enable voicemail , it will ring through but gives me an " sorry an error occurred" message when I should reach a voicemail box. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
