reference articles are saying that voicemail deletion is unrecoverable. This is to properly set your expectation, however you can try the below workarounds.
Not to give false hope, but if the action was done very recently it might be worth to try and open up a case with Product Support and ask if there is any way they can recover/extract a recently deleted voicemail. Mentioning the degree of importance of this request will help the cause. Or, if you have a Developer resource or if you yourself are familiar in using the API Explorer tool, try to query the voicemail record at
API level and see if the platform can still find and extract it. If it was deleted some time ago then unfortunately there is really no way around it.
