I'd really like to see the ability to either base the membership of a group off membership in an ACD, or base the membership of an ACD off of a Group.
I am planning on maintain a group for each ACD, that way I can permission files and provide chat room to every agent who is added to an ACD queue. Right now, I have to manually keep all agents in a group if I put them in a queue. It really seems like this should be able to work. As is you can go into the ACD and search a group to manually add members. It would be AWESOME if it was just automatic!
