I'm currently working on a use case involving Genesys Digital Campaigns, and I'd appreciate your guidance.
My objective is to handle scenarios where a digital message (Email or SMS) fails to send. Ideally, when such a failure occurs, I'd like to update specific fields in the associated contact list record.
I explored Digital Rule Management, but I noticed that only the following wrap-up codes are available for configuration:

OUTBOUND-MESSAGE-SENT

OUTBOUND-RULE-SKIPPED
Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be an option to trigger rules based on message failures such as "OUTBOUND-MESSAGE-FAILED" or similar conditions.
If anyone has faced a similar challenge or found an effective approach to manage failed message deliveries and update contact lists accordingly, I'd be grateful for your insights.
