  • 1.  Has anyone been able to access the new Genesys Cloud Copilot Usage Analytics Dashboard?

    Genesys Cloud Copilot usage analytics dashboard 

    Administrators can now access a comprehensive usage analytics dashboard for Genesys Cloud Copilot. This dashboard provides visibility into how the organization uses Copilot, including metrics for total queries, active users, and usage trends over time. Administrators can also view usage breakdowns by specific Copilot AI agent and tools to help understand adoption patterns and identify training needs.

    We're particularly interested in using the User Copilot Report, but we haven't been able to locate it in our Genesys Cloud environment yet.

    Has anyone successfully enabled or accessed this feature? If so, could you share where it's located, any required permissions/licensing, or whether there are any prerequisites to make it available?

    We'd also love to hear how you're using the User Copilot Report and any insights you've gained from it.

    Hello Luigi, 

    I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I found it under Analytics Workspace > Other > Agent Copilot Performance.

    For the Genesys Cloud Copilot performance report make sure to add the permissions listed in the prerequisites listed on this article as Camila mentioned.
