  • 1.  Has anyone been successful with tables in Knowledge Articles

    You can add tables word-style in Knowledge Articles, but where can you use them?  I have tried bots and agent assist to no avail - they just come out blank.  @Angelo Cicchitto, is there any good documentation about where you can display these?

    Indeed, Tables are supported today via Knowledge Portal only, you can check compatibility matrix here > https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/channel-bot-and-touchpoint-capabilities-feature-comparison/
