    Are you talking about using GC in and AWS VDI or accessing GC from your own AWS VPC?

    Here are some guidelines using GC in a VDI environment,

    If you are going to use WebRTC,  you might run into latency issues. Genesys is coming out soon with a WebRTC Media helper which is supposed to help in this area.
