  • 1.  Has anyone used SynchDings for MS Teams?

    This allows bi-directional synching of statuses between Teams and Genesys. It is in  the App Foundry and I would like to know if anyone has used this

    If so, what feedback do you have on setup and usage. Are there any challenges or concerns?

    While I have not personally used it I have heard customers say it works pretty well.
