Hello,

I'll post my problem, if anyone has ever encounter something similar ^^

We recently installed CX Cloud on our salesforce instance, we configured the Outbound component for Campaigns, but recently we are having issues with some tests where a trigger from the managed package failed
I checked the field is available for all profiles, but somehow the tests fails

Hello,

The deployment fails when inserting a Campaign Member because the Genesys managed trigger attempts to query the Genesys_Cloud_Campaign_Setting__c field, which Salesforce reports as unavailable.

The field is visible to all profiles, so could you please confirm whether this may be caused by incompatible package versions or an incomplete installation? Since the trigger belongs to the managed package, we cannot modify it on our side.

I fixed the issue, just done a full permission set review and give the users the proper permission, It's all good thanks a lot for the help
