    HI Team,

    We are seeing some customers having to re-enter their MFA details when using Email Wizrad and other 3rd parts apps, this happens about 5 or 6 times a day and can be very frustrating, has anyone else seen this?  support has not been very helpful at this point

    Best if the 3rd-party apps use SSO as well as Genesys Cloud.  Each Integration with the 3rd-party app should have the ability to set authentication timeouts.   In the advanced configuration for the integration, there are sometimes controls you can put in like:
