  • 1.  Headphones doesn't recognized by firefox

    Hi,

     

    When I Login to PureCloud using Firefox and a call comes I can't answer It because Firefox doesn't recognize the headphones

     

    Instead with Google Chrome this problem doesn't occur

    Possible wrong question but is FireFox allowed to use the headphone?
