    Hi team,

We would like to review and decide suitable headset for our offices.

Appreciate if you can leave some headset modules that your agents used with good experience.

We have offices located in APAC/NoAM/EMEA and some offices could have noisy background. So noise cancellation for both mic and headset, and robust connection with less interfere with each other would be preferred.

Good integration support for Embedded client in Salesforce and Zendesk would be bonus points.

    Thanks for any input!

    Dylan

    Hi Dylan,

There is a page on the Resource Centre: Configure headsets for embedded clients, this has some links for checking compatibility of functionality of some headsets and might give you something to start with.  Hopefully others members of the community can give some feedback on their choices of headset and pros and cons.

The noise cancellation built into the WebRTC phone does a great job.  Configure advanced microphone settings for WebRTC phones - Genesys Cloud Resource Center

I personally like the Poly Voyager series and the Jabra Headsets that have great noise cancellation capabilities.

We switched from Jabra to the Poly/HP Voyager 4310/4320 model.  They are comfortable, have a long battery life and great noise cancellation.

Thanks Rial for the info! But seems noise cancellation is more about for mic? The product's tech specs seems didn't mention about ANC for headphone itself. Our office could be noisy so our agents expect the headset can block the noise for themselves, not only the mic noise cancellation for customer.

Thanks Robert! Yeah we used both WebRTC and headset's Mic Noise Cancellation and it's good enough for customer - we can't hear noise in recording from our call leg. However our agents can still hear the noisy background because the headset are just passive blocking the noise and not actively reduce the noise for them and it's distracting.
