    Hi everyone

    Just wanted to find out if the current headsets that you all use in your call centers are noise cancelling and or mic cancelling.
    How effective are they in reducing the background noise from picking up the next agents conversation on playback of interactions.

    While most may be using WebRTC, does anyone have the softphone setup functioning with noise/mic cancellation, which headset is it that you are using?
    Wanted to make sure we have it setup correctly as going through documentation it seems that we do though we can certainly hear other agents on the interaction playback.

    Currently i have a 50/50 split of users on softphones using Jabra headsets and the noise cancellation isn't working and have another group on desktop polycom phones using the plantronics encore 540w headsets while they are setup to reduce the noise, we have found that it doesn't seem to be working as expected.

    Keen to know if your call centers have the similar issue before deciding to switch to a different headset
