One of our agents uses hearing aids with an Oticon Connect Clip. The model is Oticon OPN S 1 miniRITE (93). We have gotten Genesys to recognize and connect to the Oticon Connect Clip. Test calls have connected with the agent, but we were unable to hear the agent, and the agent was unable to hear us. The Oticon Connect Clip has worked well with Microsoft Teams but has not worked with Genesys Cloud.
Has anyone else had challenges with hearing aid connectivity? How have you been able to overcome them?
