Bruce,
I have a friend that uses this to listen to the preacher on Sundays. He places up on the podium to send to his implant. I am not sure how this would connect up to Genesys Cloud for 2-way audio. From what I read, it is only for listening. I would suggest you look at some of the Poly or other headsets for individuals that have trouble hearing. They are designed to plug into phones, but they probably have a USB version as well.

Subject: Hearing Aid Connectivity
One of our agents uses hearing aids with an Oticon Connect Clip. The model is Oticon OPN S 1 miniRITE (93). We have gotten Genesys to recognize and connect to the Oticon Connect Clip. Test calls have connected with the agent, but we were unable to hear the agent, and the agent was unable to hear us. The Oticon Connect Clip has worked well with Microsoft Teams but has not worked with Genesys Cloud.
