Interesting way of phrasing that. You can't improve the MoS score, but you can look at ways of improving the quality of the calls to show better MoS scores. You have to see what is causing the problems. If you are on Genessy Cloud Voice (which is doubtful if you needed local numbers in the middle of Mexico), so I would first start with some PCAPs on the BYOC trunk to your carrier. Look for delay and jitter in the packets. Second, run the WebRTC diagnostics and see what that reports for bandwidth, jitter, delay and other factors that affect the MoS score.
