    I've just joined this community.

    I look after a team of designers and would appreciate to know the communities views on how I can help develop my team of Genesys designers and engineers towards a being the best versions of themselves.  

    What practices would the community recommend we adopt?

    First off welcome to the community, we are glad to have you!

     

    Secondly, to answer your question. It would depend on what you are looking for our GKN would be a great place for resources!

     

    I would also like to point you to the Genesys Workshop. There are indepth guides and videos to help you with Architect, Scripting, Data Actions. Its a simple sign up with your Genesys email address. Its a great resource to help you in this specific situation. I have used it many times to work on Architect and it gave me a great framework to build more advanced flows later down the road!
