    Hi all,

    We ran into issues earlier today with multiple calls with a very low MOS (i.e. < 2). With that said, we'd like to create a trigger that can notify us when an interaction MOS is very low, say < 2.

    Has anyone attempted this with a trigger? We have setup triggers before for other events, just not exactly sure how to target "mediaStatsMinConversationMos" within the trigger?

    Hopefully someone has tried this or can point me in the right direction. I'll continue investigating and provide an update here if I determine a viable solution.

    Would also be nice to have a configurable UI alert for a low MOS in the future as well :)
