    Hi guys,

    I'm trying to find out, how to add to the existing Genesys Conversation aggregates to include the Initial Direction. I did test this myself, but the query wasn't returning the direction and neither the initial direction. Opened a ticket with Genesys Care, but only got URL's back with the documentation and referred me here.
