Genesys Cloud - UI New Features

Hi team!! I recently realize something with the "Help ?" page.

When you are outside the "Agent Workspace" you can view the "help ?" on the left of "Calls" option

When you click over "Agent Workspace" and the window of interactions and multi-contextual panel opens, the option of "Help ?" dissappears

And when you collapse the "Agent Workspace" and you have a piece of each part (Agent workspace + other different option inside GC) this option appears again:

My question is the next one:

Is this a normal behaviour of the Help window or this is a bug of the new UI?

I also noticed recently.

Although the unified navigation video for new Navigation UI does not show that when they click on "Agent Workspace", the screenshot on the article shows it clearly when Agent Workspace is focused. Mixed Information. It'd be most helpful if it was available from the agent workspace page i.e. for debug logs, help article etc.
