    As part of our migration to the new Genesys Cloud CX we noticed we no longer have the ability to connect articles using buttons within the Knowledge Base, aka Knowledge Bench. Please click here and vote to have this new functionality added: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CECM-I-16
