Hello WEM/WFM Community,
We're looking for Workforce Management users who would be willing to participate in a conversation about their experience with the Intraday Management UI in Genesys Cloud.
As we think about the future of Intraday Management and explore opportunities to improve the experience, we want to better understand how customers use the tool today, the challenges they encounter, and what success looks like in their day-to-day workflows. Your feedback will help us build a deeper understanding of the user journey and inform future product planning and roadmap discussions.
These conversations will be informal and collaborative-not product demonstrations or sales calls. Our goal is simply to listen, learn, and gain insight into how workforce teams manage intraday operations, make decisions throughout the day, and interact with the current experience.
We're interested in hearing from a variety of users, whether you're:
- Spending a lot of your day in Intraday Management
- Someone with ideas on what could make the experience better
- You can be new to the role or have a great deal of experience
