    Hello,

     

    If I understand correctly, "endpoint" means that the disconnect was triggered by the participant's media endpoint. For example, the phone hung up. If you saw this in a participant's row in the timeline, it usually means that that participant hung up their physical phone.

     

    And I think that "peer" means that another participant in the conversation ended the call. For example, if you saw this in the timeline view, "peer" would mean that someone who is not the participant in that timeline row ended the conversation.

    No, not yet. I need to talk to development about some details before putting this in the official documentation to make sure it's correct. The article should still be correct for the disconnect reasons listed in the "interaction metrics" section, but it looks like some additional disconnect reasons were added to the timeline. I will post back here with more information once we've sorted it out.

    Sorry for the delay. I have a list of additional disconnect reasons that is set to publish in the disconnect reasons article on Dec. 13, so look for it then. I will try to remember to post a reminder here too when it's published.
