    If you're just getting started, I'd recommend beginning with API Explorer. It's a great way to understand the available APIs, test requests, and see real responses without writing code first.

    After that, try creating a simple Data Action and calling an external API from Architect. It helps connect the concepts of integrations, APIs, and flows in a practical way.

    The Genesys Developer Center also has some excellent tutorials and examples to get started.
